Its focus is mainly in the Williston Basin in North Dakota and Montana in the Bakken-Three Forks/Shale plays. Located in Bismarck, ND; the company has interests in over 3,700 oil and natural gas wells. MRRC is a subsidiary of United Energy Corporation (UEC).
